Get Clear on the Things
You Need to Get Clear On
💎
Crystallize the vision of your dream self and gather the supplies for the journey there
September 25th to November 13th
❦ Eight weeks
on Zoom ❦ Fridays
9-10am PT / 12-1pm ET / 17-18 BSTI’ve just opened three more seats for the late birds — and can catch you up on the first class. Snag yours below or send me a little email.
Uncover and crystallize your deepest desires and creative dreams. Over eight weeks, learn how to grow a fulfilling life and become more yourself.
Through readings, guided meditations, group discussion, getting delusional, and learning perspective-shifting principles and mindset techniques, you’ll get really honest and really clear about what you want for your life — and chart the course to your truest, best self.
Welcome to the cohort
Hi, I’m Mercedes, and this workshop covers the cornerstone ideas and tools of my coaching framework. You’ll be in its fourth cohort, and each iteration gets richer and richer. This time around, I’m bringing in guest teachers, opening up a connective chat platform, and hosting a bonus wrap session.
For eight weeks, we’ll meet weekly on Fridays to examine core beliefs and our (often, old) stories about ourselves and the different parts of our lives. And in between, we’ll work another self-discovery tool, delulu journaling, an imagination practice to help you clarify your vision of your ideal self.
Getting delusional loosens up our “shoulds” and our fears, juices our ideas of what’s possible, and shows our brains where we want to go. That last part is crucial, and I’ll lay out the science behind it because it’s pretty wild to learn just how much influence you have over your own thoughts and reality.
👁️
Make a blueprint, build a toolkit
On top of creating a new blueprint for your life and trying on new ideas for who you could be and what an ideal self might look like, you’ll also build a mindset toolkit.
From new self-talk phrases to mindfulness skills for relationships to somatic practices, these tools are essential for resilience, thus increasing your ability to do hard things, develop confidence, and grow into your truest self.
You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of not only what you want to accomplish in the coming years (and decades!), but more essentially, the kind of person you want to become and what it will take to get there.
Bonus: By working to delulu journal for 30 days, you’ll road-test habit formation, the foundation for effective change.

“This workshop is a holistic approach that has helped me to shift my thinking and improve my confidence and clarity when it comes to my creative (and life!) goals.” — S.D., Los Angeles
“The perfect balance between woo woo/spiritual and factual and grounded. Disarmed my inner critic and got through to me. … When I started this, I was a bit skeptical, even without fully realizing it. I was experiencing so much resistance to positive vibes that I could feel it throughout my whole body. The workshop, and especially being in a group, helped me make sense of so much and truly unblocked me. Today, I delulu journaled with a smile instead of tears. Thank you!” — Lyu, Sofia, Bulgaria
“We need our imagination to build a new world, and we need each other, and I’ve found access to both here!” — Sara S., Cairo, Egypt
“I really liked the body of the workshops, the classes and the curation — the way Mercedes presented the information and sprinkled different activities throughout.” — K.R., New York
“Delulu science and journaling has been very useful and easy to integrate into my life. Establishing a habit was and is the most difficult aspect of this for me and opened my eyes to all the ways I need to establish boundaries and facilitate self-care.” — Jessica G., Boulder, Colorado
“I’m working actively to think bigger and more ambitiously while giving myself breaks; it’s an interesting new syncopation.” — K.S., Los Angeles
“Mercedes is an amazing connector. She brings wisdom and insight to the table in both a personal and collective manner. She has an abundance of resources. She is humble and lighthearted while still being an excellent leader, directing the group with grace and keeping the workshop sessions focused but fun. She has a special gift of evoking transformation in others. She is like a lighted guide on a dark path!” — Devon, east coast U.S.

You WOULD LOVE to become your truest self but don’t feel you’re making significant progress.
You’re maybe a little stuck? Or things just feel sort of .. fine, but not exactly exciting or fulfilling.
You have some bits of a vision and want to breathe life into it — and get a few more tools for the pursuit.
Your brain keeps feeding you a lot of negativity and old stories. You know you’ve got limiting beliefs, and you’re ready to move on.
You’re inspired by others and want to connect to some authentically cool new people.
You crave emotional regulation and know you need a toolkit for :waves arms: these times.
You’re ready to commit to a daily journaling practice, share vulnerably with others, and integrate your insights into your life.
You want to center your aims and your future around becoming a virtuous, whole, and fulfilled human.
